ALBANY, N.Y.  The Albany County CVB hired Schuyler Bull as marketing manager. Bull will lead public relations and marketing strategies for the company. He most recently served as accountant executive at Baker Public Relations.

DAHLONEGA, Ga.  Jay Markwalter was named tourism director for the Dahlonega-Lumpkin County Chamber of Commerce and CVB. Markwalter will mainly oversee planning special events and holiday gatherings for the city. Prior to his hire, Markwalter worked at the Lawrenceville Tourism and Trade Association as executive director.

PHOENIX   The Greater Phoenix CVB has appointed Regina Rink as the new director of national accounts and Julie Nicolazzi as a national sales manager. Rink will handle the Washington D.C. market, while Nicolazzi will focus on hotel and resort sales in the Midwest market. Previously, Rink served as director of sales for Associated Luxury Hotels International, where she represented 130 hotels across the country. Nicolazzi also worked in national sales at the Scottsdale CVB and Tempe CVB before coming to the Greater Phoenix CVB.
